Our grass fed beef cows yield juicy, lean meat worthy of the finest tables. Good on the grill, slow cooked or oven roasted we offer a wide selection of choice cuts of superior quality, and taste.
Currently a rare variety in the US, the Scottish Highland beef breed is growing in popularity due to its lean composition, and tender consistency. Highland beef is ideal for stocking up in your freezer.
Place your order for a 1/2 or 1/4 beef. Pricing is seasonal.
At Purdy Neat Place we are establishing a breeding pattern designed to preserve integrity of the breed. We are first generation beef growers, and have our own registered cows and bulls. We utilize an all natural breeding program. Our herd accesses farm pastures for fresh grass on a rotational pasture feeding program.
Considered extensions of our family, our cattle are handled by Barb and Paul daily. As a result, are comfortable around people in general, and make a prime choice for hobbists who'd like to raise them on their family back yard farm.
