Purdy Neat Place started in November of 1973 with a union and a dream.
In January of 1991 the dream started to be a reality, when Paul and Barbara Page moved their family of 4 children into the home they built on a 90 acre piece of property on Purdy Road. We have seen all of our children graduate from high school, go on to college, some graduating, all move forward into life, some with marriage and children and all to become happy healthy adults. We have welcomed 2 more children to our family as spouses and 4 grandchildren.
It is with all of them that our dream goes on.
At present Purdy Neat Place is home to Paul and Barbara,
their border collies Victoria & Edward, and
bolognese Oxana, Jamil, & Greta
goats Milly and Billy Jo,
sheep Shangrala,
8 Scottish Highland Cows; including Antoinette, Racheal, Isabella and Henery,
their calves born in 3-07 Lilly, 4-07 Candy, 5-08 Dolly and 9-08 Grover
JR 4-09 Brutis and Spook 5-09
turkeys Ginnies Peacocks
and more chickens and roosters than I can count or name.
New to PNP in June of 09 is Anna (3yo Mule) and Mickey (2yo Stalion)
Our next generation our grandchildren Michael, Jacob, Matthew and Jordan are our current dream.

Eggs
Extra-Large and Jumbo Eggs available from free-range chickens. Yolks the color of mustard! Eggs picked fresh daily are available. We will get $2.25 a dozen.
We will be raising Road Island baby chicks for egg production. We will have egg laying chickens available also ($8.00 a bird) for those that want to have fresh eggs daily.
We have guneas ducks also available by order
Chicken
We are also raising meat chickens. These chickens will be free ranged for a no growth hormon no antibiotic or soy diet. They will be free daily to graise on a natural diet in the pasture with our cows. They will range between 5 and 8 pounds each. We will be selling them after 8-09. Call me for price and availability.
Beef
We have also butchered our first grass fed naturally raised cow. Some may remember "Louie". We are more than pleased with the meat and are selling ground beef for $4.25 a pound and the stew beef for $4.00 a pound. This is available as a sampling with 1/2 and 1/4 sides available in the Fall of 2009. We are taking names to reserve your beef now. Again these animals are feed no growth hormon antibiotics and are free to graise our lush green grass pastures.
This years beef will be available in November, again call me for price and availabilty.
We had 3 male calves born here in April 2009. They are for our future beef production plan.
